The products
Our furniture is designed in Quebec and made of plywood. Photos and drawings are representative; wood grain and tone vary naturally from one piece to the next. Dimensions, materials and recommended ages are listed on each product page.
Our play furniture is used under adult supervision, following the assembly and use instructions provided.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes (GST, QST or HST depending on the delivery province) and shipping costs are calculated and shown before you confirm the order. Payment is processed securely by Shopify; we never have access to your card details.
We may correct an obvious pricing error. If an error affects an order already placed, we contact you before shipping and you can cancel it at no cost.
Order and confirmation
Your order is confirmed by email. If a product is no longer available, we let you know and refund the affected portion within [time frame].
Shipping
We ship across Canada. Time frames, costs and terms are described on the Shipping and returns page. If delivery does not happen within the stated time frame, you may cancel the order as provided by law.
Returns, exchanges and replacement parts
Return and exchange terms are described on the Shipping and returns page. A damaged or missing part is replaced on its own, without returning the furniture.
Warranties
Our products are covered by the legal warranty provided by the Consumer Protection Act: they must be fit for the purpose for which they are intended, for a reasonable time given their price and conditions of use. Liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by assembly or use that does not follow the instructions, modification of the product or normal wear. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability where the law does not allow it.

The text, drawings, photos, logo and furniture designs on the site belong to Lovelyhop or their authors. They may not be reproduced without permission.
