How long does assembly take?
Under 20 minutes, with the hardware and instructions in the box. The tower ships flat, so it fits through a doorway before it is put together.
How much weight does it hold?
Up to 68 kg (150 lb). The anti-tip base and the wide steps are built so an adult can lean on it without it shifting.
Is the platform adjustable?
Yes — three height levels. You move the platform down as your child grows, so the same tower stays useful for years.
How do I clean it?
A damp cloth. The birch is sealed with a water-resistant finish, so spills sit on the surface instead of soaking in.
Where do you ship?
Canada and the United States, free on every order. Orders placed today ship tomorrow.
What if it is not right for us?
Send it back within 30 days. Beyond that, a two-year warranty covers the structure and the hardware.
What does the 2-year limited warranty cover?
We warrant this product against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from an accident, impact, misuse or improper use, incorrect assembly, modification of the product, or failure to follow the use and care instructions.
This warranty is in addition to the legal warranties under applicable consumer protection law and does not limit the rights provided thereunder.
